TTMSFNCDataGridCore.IsCellFreeze Method
Returns True when the cell lies in a freeze column or freeze row, outside the fixed bands at the top and left.

Remarks
Unlike IsCellFreezeRow and IsCellFreezeColumn, cells where a freeze band crosses a fixed band are excluded; see IsCellFreezeFixed.
