Remarks
Reading returns the custom height, DefaultRowHeight when none is set, or 0 when the row is hidden or filtered out (use HiddenRowHeights for the height to restore).
Writing stores a custom height (negative values are clamped to 0); assigning the current DefaultRowHeight removes the custom height. Out-of-range indexes are ignored. Each assignment recalculates the layout unless an update block is active.
