Number of row slots in the viewport: the rows from StartRow to StopRow plus the fixed top, fixed bottom and freeze rows.

Remarks

Calculated from the visible range of the last layout pass. Hidden or filtered rows inside that range are included in the count. For the number of rows that pass the filter use FilteredRowCount.
