Counts the participating cells of a column over a row range.

Remarks
Hidden rows are counted unless TTMSFNCDataGridDataCalculationOptions.IncludeHiddenRows is False.
Parameters

First zero-based row of the range; -1 (the default) selects all rows between the fixed rows. |
AToRow |
Last zero-based row of the range, inclusive; -1 selects the default range. |
Returns
The number of normal data rows in the range whose cell is not covered by a merge, including empty cells.
