Global cell appearance settings. Provides default layouts for each cell state (normal, selected, fixed, group, etc.).

Remarks
A column with gcsAppearance in its Settings uses its own appearance instead. Per-cell overrides come from Layouts and, last, from OnGetCellLayout.
